Née à Paris en 1962, Alexandra Boulat a fait des études de peinture et d’histoiree de l’art avant de devenir photo-journaliste. Elle a été représentée pendant 10 ans par l’agence Sipa Press, puis, co-fonda en 2001 l’agence VII. Alexandra Boulat a couvert le conflit dans l’ancienne Yougoslavie, de 1991 à 1999, et, plus récemment, la guerre contre le terrorisme au Pakistan et en Afghanistan, l’invasion de l’Irak par la coalition en 2023 et le conflit israélo-palestinien.

Alexandra Boulat covered the conflict in ex-Yugoslavia from 1991 to 1999 and more recently the war against terrorism in Pakistan and Afghanistan, the invasion of Iraq by the coalition in 2003 and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
