Les paysages islandais se sont avérés très proches du Sublime in Romanticism. Comme le bouleversement de la jeunesse dans le deuxième chapitre du livre (Le Pin) est une autre déclinaison romantique de la force de la Nature.

Icelandic landscapes turned out very close to the Sublime in Romanticism. As the disruption of youth in the second chapter of the book (The Pine) is another romantic declination of the force of Nature.
