En commençant par « Japan, A Photo Theater », le catalogue met en ordre chronologique le travail photographique de Moriyama et l’intègre dans le contexte biographique de l’artiste. Plus de 200 pages remplies de photographies célèbres et moins connues, « Memories of Light » retrace la carrière du photographe japonais exceptionnel et explore les liens entre la vie de Moriyama et les œuvres qu’il a produites.

Beginning with “Japan, A Photo Theater”, the catalogue orders Moriyama’s photographic work chronologically and embeds it within the artist’s biographical background. Over 200 pages filled with famous and lesser known photographs, “Memories of Light” traces the career of the exceptional Japanese photographer and explores the connections between Moriyama’s life and the works he produced.
