J’ai souvent voyagé en Nouvelle-Calédonie ou en Afrique.
Je trouvais à ces légumes un air de famille avec les petites statuettes ou les totems que l’on aperçoit là-bas au bord des chemins.
Moi, occidental, je ne comprenais pas leur message.
Le côté sculptural des légumes anciens exprime de la même façon un message mystérieux.
