“Twenty years ago I began my career as a dealer in fine phtoogrpahs, issuing my first Sun Pictures catalogue. That first catalogue was a miscellany, grounded in the work of William Henry Fox Talbot, and included seven other photographers from the first two decades of the medium. Subsequent Sun Pictures focused on a single early British artist of school. Catalogue Thirteen, our twentieth anniversary volume, spans the years 1835 to 1873, and includes British, French, American and Italian photographers.
