Fondée en 1976, The Archive est une revue consacrée à la recherche menée dans les archives et les collections d’écrits du Center for Creative Photography (CCP) à l’Université de l’Arizona. The Archive ont cherché à mettre en évidence des documents bien connus et rarement vus des collections du CCP, ainsi qu’à examiner la pratique de la recherche archivistique elle-même. Established in 1976, The Archive is a journal devoted to research conducted in the archives and fine print collections of the Center for Creative Photography (CCP) at the University of Arizona. The Archive has sought to highlight both well-known and rarely seen material from CCP’s collections, as well as to examine the practice of archival research itself. CCP holds the premiere research collection of American photographic fine art and archives, promoting creative inquiry, dialogue, and appreciation of photography’s enduring cultural influence.
