Morten Lasskogen (né en 1986) est un artiste numérique basé au Danemark, dont le travail est profondément enraciné dans l’étude de la lumière. Commençant son parcours artistique par la photographie, Morten maîtrise l’art de capturer la lumière dans les contraintes du monde physique, en l’utilisant pour révéler et transformer ses sujets.
Cependant, sa transition vers l’art 3D marque une évolution significative dans sa pratique créative. En explorant la 3D, Morten a découvert que sa vaste expérience dans la photographie fournissait une base solide. Les deux médiums sont fondés sur les principes de la lumière et de la physique, mais la 3D offre un domaine où les limites de la réalité peuvent être transcendées. Ce mélange unique de précision technique, d’émotion profonde et de liberté imaginative permet à Morten de créer des expériences visuelles qui repoussent les limites du récit traditionnel.
Morten Lasskogen (b. 1986) is a digital artist based in Denmark, whose work is deeply rooted in the study of light. Beginning his artistic journey with photography, Morten mastered the art of capturing light within the constraints of the physical world, using it to reveal and transform his subjects.
However, his transition to 3D art marked a significant evolution in his creative practice. In exploring 3D, Morten found that his extensive experience in photography provided a solid foundation. Both mediums are grounded in the principles of light and physics, yet 3D offers a realm where the limitations of reality can be transcended. This unique blend of technical precision, deep emotion and imaginative freedom allows Morten to craft visual experiences that push the boundaries of traditional storytelling.
