Traub abandonna toute prétention de chercher des thèmes et des sujets spécifiques dans ses errances photographiques autres que pour faire des ‘taradiddles’, embrassant pleinement l’image numérique qui est toujours remise en question pour son potentiel supplémentaire et inhérent de distorsion. Ironiquement, la juxtaposition spirituelle et sardonique des images de Charles H. Traub, ne sont qu’une question de cadrer ses découvertes – ici, là et partout.

Twenty years ago Traub abandoned all pretense of trying to find specific themes and subjects in his photographic wanderings other than to make Taradiddles, embracing fully the digital image which is always questioned for its further and inherent potential for distortion.
